Each Melbourne spring, you will hear riders discussing their swooping stories - brave tales of overcoming adversaries and battling evil black and white air-borne menaces. Magpies swoop bike riders and pedestrians to protects their nests, and some of them can get pretty vicious. This video covers some of the various techniques used to fend off the two-tones foes.
